Confectionery Coating: sugar, palm kernel and cottonseed oil, nonfat dry milk, cocoa, milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, salt and artificial flavoring and coloring added.

These are produced in a manufacturing site that uses tree nuts only (pecans and macadamia nut).
